Valor Real Estate Solutions is a real estate investment company located in the Columbus, Ohio. Unlike many real estate companies that do rehab, renting, or multi-unit complexes, we specialize in dealing with pre-foreclosure situations. We work primarily in Ohio, but we have affiliates all over the country. We have worked hard to create a system that is easy and almost painless for the clients we work with. We can’t help everybody and we’re not 100% successful, however because we focus only on this area we can provide service and results most other real estate companies only dream of.
We are not Realtors, a mortgage company, credit counselors, nor a bankruptcy law firm. We only do win-win-win situations by dealing directly with banks and helping our clients escape foreclosure.

We will never charge you a fee. We make our profit from the discount the bank gives us on the home if we are able to buy quickly. There are many companies out there that will charge a “consulting fee” for their services. If we don’t help you get out of your tough situation, we don’t get paid. Period.
